How do I transfer notes and point groups to the new (2025) app?

If your notes and point groups were stored on the old website, they should have been transferred to the new app/website automatically. 


Unfortunately, if your old notes and point groups we only stored on the mobile app as opposed to the website, they will not be automatically transferred to the new version. We tried hard to find a way to achieve this, but for technical reasons it proved impossible. This is one reason why we have launched the new app as a separate product. This means you can keep the old app running on your device as well, so you can refer to notes and point groups and copy and paste them over if required. We apologise for any inconvenience. 


One major improvement in the new system is that the app and website automatically sync with each other, so any new notes/point groups should be safe.
