Owner of an old version of the app? Or not sure which version you have?

Please note, if you have paid for lifetime access in the past, you do not need to pay again to get the same access in the latest version of the app.

ARE YOU STILL USING AN OLD VERSION OF THE APP? 

We released major new versions of the app in late 2018, and again in early 2025. For technical reasons, these are separate products rather than updates to previous versions. The easy way to tell which version of the app you have is to look at the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.

If you have the 1st generation app:

Please email us via support@amanualofacupuncture.com and include proof of your original purchase (this can be your original email receipt, a screenshot of your app store purchase history, or a screenshot from the 'My MoA' > 'My account' page of the old app). We will then help you create an account so you can log in to the latest version of the app and website.   

If you have the 2nd generation app:

You should already be able to download the latest app (links below) and simply log in using the same email address and password you already use. If you have trouble, email us via support@amanualofacupuncture.com and include full details of the problem (screenshots are always useful).
