NOT SURE WHICH ACCESS LEVEL YOU HAVE?
Please log in to your MoA app and click on 'My MoA' at the bottom, then 'My Account'. It should say whether you have 'Lite', 'Standard' or 'Pro' access. After doing this, return to this page to find out about important changes coming to the MoA products. If you don't see a membership level, read on below.
ARE YOU STILL USING THE OLD APP?
In late 2018, we released new versions of the MoA mobile app. If the icon for the 'Points' section at the bottom of your app screen looks like the image below, you still have the old app (in the new app it looks like a house):
For various technical reasons this is a separate app and not an update to the original. Please click here to fill in our account restoration request form. After we've created your new account (please be patient as this is a manual process), you can download the new app and log in:
You will also be able to log in to the MoA website.
IMPORTANT: Please visit this page after you have created your account to find out about changes coming to MoA digital products in late 2023.
DO YOU HAVE NOTES SAVED IN THE OLD APP?
If so, and if you want to keep them, please do not delete the old app. Unfortunately there isn't an easy way to transfer them to the new app, but if you keep the old app installed, you can at least refer to them. We suggest that you copy and paste them into the MoA website after you have created your account.
