Zunächst möchten wir uns aufrichtig für die langen Verzögerungen bei der Veröffentlichung eines Updates für diese App entschuldigen und danken allen unseren deutschen Kunden für ihre Geduld. Wir werden Sie nicht mit allen Details langweilen, aber wir hatten viele technische Herausforderungen sowie Probleme mit unseren früheren Entwicklern.
Wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass die neue App jetzt im Apple App Store verfügbar ist! Wir arbeiten noch an der Android-Version und rechnen mit einer Veröffentlichung (und einem weiteren Update auf die iOS-Version) Anfang 2024.
Wenn Sie Besitzer der alten deutschen App sind, klicken Sie bitte hier, um ein Konto zu beantragen, mit dem Sie ohne zusätzliche Kosten auf die neue App zugreifen können. Füllen Sie das Formular aus und wählen Sie „Old version of the app“. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie einen Kaufbeleg für die alte App vorlegen müssen. Der beste Weg ist, Ihren App-Store-Kaufverlauf zu finden – es gibt einen Video-Link auf dem Formular, der erklärt, wie das geht. Wenn Sie dies aus irgendeinem Grund nicht tun können, können Sie einen Screenshot Ihrer alten App senden, idealerweise aus dem Abschnitt „Mein HdA“, der Ihren Namen zeigt. Bitte fügen Sie dem Formular Ihren Kaufbeleg bei und senden Sie uns nur dann eine E-Mail, wenn Sie ein Problem haben. Bitte erlauben Sie bis zu 7 Tage für die Bearbeitung Ihres Kontos.

Notizen in Ihrer alten App
Alle Notizen, die Sie in der alten App gemacht haben, werden nicht automatisch in die neue App übertragen. Wenn Sie auf die alte App zugreifen können, können Sie versuchen, die Funktion „Registrieren“ im Abschnitt „Mein HdA“ zu verwenden. Dies sollte Ihre Notizen auf unserer Website speichern, wo Sie sie kopieren und an anderer Stelle einfügen können. Dies kann jedoch aufgrund der alten Technologie in der App nicht funktionieren. Möglicherweise müssen Sie den Text direkt aus der alten App kopieren und in ein Dokument oder in die neue App einfügen. Wir entschuldigen uns für etwaige Unannehmlichkeiten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die alte App bald aus den App Stores entfernt wird. Löschen Sie die alte App nicht, bis Sie alle Notizen wiederhergestellt haben, die Sie behalten möchten.
Pro-Upgrades
Die englische Version der App verfügt über eine „Pro“-Upgrade-Option, die derzeit in der deutschen App nicht verfügbar ist. Dies ermöglicht den vollen Zugriff auf unsere Website (in englischer Sprache), Kanalpfadvideos, den vollständigen englischen Text aus dem Buch und andere Funktionen. Wenn Sie zu einem reduzierten Preis auf „Pro“ upgraden möchten, melden Sie sich einfach auf unserer Website an und wählen Sie „Upgrade auf Pro“. Bitte warten Sie, bis wir Ihr „Standard“-Level-Konto erstellt haben (siehe oben), oder Ihnen wird der volle Betrag für „Pro“ in Rechnung gestellt. Bitte denken Sie daran, dass dadurch nur zusätzliche Funktionen in der englischen App/Website freigeschaltet werden, nicht in der neuen deutschen Version.
Bitte beachten Sie auch, dass Pro-Upgrades erst später im Jahr 2024 als Monats-/Jahresabonnement verfügbar sein werden. Wenn Sie also jetzt upgraden, zahlen Sie nur eine einmalige Gebühr.

Firstly, we would like to apologise sincerely for the long delays in releasing an update to this app, and we thank all our German customers for their patience. We won't bore you with all the details, but we have had many technical challenges, as well as problems with our previous developers.
We are delighted to say the new app is now available in the Apple app Store! We are still working on the Android version, and we anticipate a release (and further update to the iOS version) in early 2024.
If you are an owner of the old German app, please click here to apply for an account which you can use to access the new app at no extra cost. Complete the form, and select 'Old version of the app'. Please note, you will need to provide proof of purchase of the old app. The best way is to find your app store purchase history - there is a video link on the form which explains how to do this. If you can't do this for some reason, you can send a screenshot of your old app, ideally from within the 'My MoA' section showing your name. Please attach your proof of purchase to the form and only email us if you have a problem. Please allow up to 7 days for your account to be processed.

Notes in your old app
Any notes you have made in the old app will not transfer to the new app automatically. If you can access the old app, you can try using the 'Register' feature in the 'My MoA' section. This should save your notes to our website where you can copy and paste them elsewhere. However this may not work due to the old technology in the app. You may need to copy the text directly from within the old app and paste it into a document or into the new app. We apologise for any inconvenience. Please note the old app will be removed from the app stores soon. Don't delete the old app until you have recovered any notes you wish to keep.
Pro upgrades
The English version of the app has a 'Pro' upgrade option which isn't currently available in the German app. This allows full access to our website (in English), channel pathway videos, full English text from the book, and other features. If you want to upgrade to 'Pro' at a discounted price, just log in to our website and select 'Upgrade to Pro'. Please wait until we have created your 'Standard' level account (see above) or you will be charged the full amount for 'Pro'. Please remember, this will only unlock extra features in the English app/website, not in the new German version.
Please also note that Pro upgrades will only be available as a monthly/annual subscription later in 2024, so upgrading now means you will only pay a one-time fee.
